Using SMS Anonyme constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.

The service is intended for personal, lawful and respectful use. Any abusive, fraudulent, malicious or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

Being anonymous to the recipient does not mean being anonymous to the justice system: sends are logged, IP address included, and may be handed to the authorities upon request. Harassment, threats, defamation, identity theft and unlawful messages are strictly prohibited and traceable.

The publisher may block any number or any IP address in the event of a breach of these terms and pass abuse on to the competent authorities.

Since the SMS is not end-to-end encrypted, do not record any highly sensitive information in it. No guarantee of delivery time or of proper receipt can be claimed.
