Data we process
To send an SMS, we process the recipient's number, your email address and the content of your message. To prevent abuse, we record technical data, including the IP address and the timestamp of the send. No account is created and no advertising profile is built.
Purposes and legal bases
Routing your message relies on the performance of the service you request. Logging (IP address, timestamp) and the fight against abusive use rely on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable and non-diverted service.
Retention period
Data is kept only for the period strictly necessary to route the message, to prevent abuse and to comply with our legal obligations, and is then deleted.
Recipients of the data
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The message passes through our SMS gateway in order to be routed. Send data may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon judicial request.
Anonymity and its limits
Your personal number is never passed on to the recipient: the sender remains hidden. This anonymity applies with respect to the recipient, not with respect to the law: any unlawful use (harassment, threats, impersonation) remains traceable.
Security and encryption
The SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid including sensitive information in it, such as passwords or banking details.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@dimsolution.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and tracking
The service works without any advertising cookie or tracking for marketing purposes.
