Are my data and my message kept?
What is logged, for how long, and on what legal basis.
Only the information necessary for delivery is processed, and sends are logged (IP address included) to prevent abuse. Nothing is resold to third parties.
The service keeps a minimum of technical logs, for as long as needed for security and to fight abuse. It doesn't build an advertising profile from what you send.

The logs serve a precise purpose: to detect and block spam, harassment and automation attempts, and to respond to legal requests. The legal basis is legitimate interest (anti-abuse) and performance of the service.
This data is not resold or used to target you commercially. The lack of an account also inherently limits what can be tied to a sender.
The publisher, DIM SOLUTION, is the data controller; hosting is provided by Hetzner. For any request about your data, a dedicated contact is given in the legal notice and the privacy policy.
